Ish I have been in Hospital for the last week so I have only just read this news.

I am so sorry to hear of this Ish.  It was good that you at least saw her before she passed away.

My deepest sympathies to you and your family, over the next few days/weeks/months life will be rather hard for you and your family.

Remember all the good times you had together and remember some of the funny things that happened while she was with you.  I am sure she will still be keeping an eye on her family.

Apart from a few headaches fixing things on my computer  , everything is going as well as it could.  It will take a few months to see how my medication changes and other things go before I really know (and my Doctor).  Hopefully all the plans made in Hospital will work out or I am back in for more test and changes.  At least the food is not that bad and I am getting to know the nurses quite well now

Hello Everyone,

I just got back today ...

Well, my mother is in the cemetery next to my father .... Many could not believe that was my birthday ... On June 23, I took my mother to the cemetery.

At least she's not in pain anymore. When I was with her in May at the hopsital it was like 10 needles per hour to relief her from the pains. One thing was certain, my Mother was loved by many people .. My mother was the kind of person that would open her heart to anyone. Driving to the funeral there many dozen and dozens of cars following to giver their respect ...

I don't want to turn my thread into a religions thread but just let me note down here that I've had 3 dreams of her ... One of those dreams I saw her and my father very happy, and looking at me, since my Dad died last year in May. The last dream I had she showed me very greenish mountains and the sea behind .... Huge pillars were blocking me from following her, so all this tells me is that she and my dad are in a great place!!

Well, thank you all for readying this --- I appreciated it deeply all the nice comments.

PS. My sister and my Mother has planned to travel to Spain because my mother always wanted to visit it ... Actually, in April, my mother went to Texas, and had planned to come to Florida and then fly to Spain.  So, after Florida they where going to Spain, but she never made it ... she had to go to NYC for the appointment with the Doctors, in which there they told her about her cancer, thus never again leaving the hospital!! (that's the story that happened over a 2 months period) Thanks for readying again!!

PSS. Hope you are feeling well Craig ... One day at a time good friend!!!

Thanks Ish and "yes" I am well on the nurses side but I do not think my Doctor will put me into Hospital just to chase the nurses around.  Besides I am getting to old (well we never do on somethings) and the nurses are getting harder to catch   

Ish, it is good to see you back after a very sad time for you and your family.  Like you, my Grandmother passed away from Cancer and from the time Doctors found out it was only a month before she passed away.  It may sound strange that in these situations we are "happy" they passed away, but when we even try to get an idea on the pain they suffered it is a blessing.

Not knowing your religion, I hope your family had a "party" to remember all the good and funny times you shared with your mother and how blessed you where to have her around.

Mothers are the only people in the world that when you hurt yourself as a child, a little kiss from her and all the pain goes away.
